二宮英隆 コニカミノルタテクノロジーセンター株式会社 光学バイオ開発センター アシスタントマネジャー
1975年小西六写真工業株式会社(現コニカミノルタ株式会社)入社、カラー写真用発色剤の合成研究に従事。 その後、マイクロカプセル技術、インクジェット用インク、複写機用の高精細ケミカルトナーの開発等に従事。 光ディスクの開発を期に光学メモリー、光学用材料、光学測定技術の開発に関わる。2011年より反射干渉分光法の技術開発を行っている。
Hidetaka Ninomiya is an assistant manager at the corporate R & D headquarters of KONICA MINOLTA, Incorporated. He started his career at Konishiroku photo industry, present Konica Minolta Inc. in 1975 as a synthetic chemist of color dyes. Later he went on to study micro and nano encapsulating technology, applying it to inkjet inks, new high colour definition toners for printers and copiers and  drag delivery systems. His interest in optics started with the development of optical discs. He further studied optical memories, non-linear optics and surface plasmon. His current interest is Reflectometric Interference Spectroscopy in which area he has been working on since 2011.

Prabhat Verma (Professor, Department of Applied Physics)
Prof. Prabhat Verma was born in India and finished his Master and Ph.D. in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in 1988 and 1994, respectively. After working as a research associate in the same institute, he went to Germany for a post-doctoral research in 1996. He came to Japan in 1999 as a JSPS post-doctoral fellow, and then became a Lecturer, associate professor, and finally a professor in 2010. His is a Raman spectrocopict and his research interests include nanospectroscopy, nanophotonics, nanoimaging and plasmonics. He is presently a professor of Applied Physics in Osaka university and leads a research group called Nanospectroscopy.
